Claims
Damaged/ lost goods; claims must be received in writing within 7 days from receipt.

Delivery costs
Delivery costs will be added to all orders according to the applicable rate for delivery zone. Republicof Ireland – €10.00
Engraving
If, after placing your order, you realise you have made an error, please call us immediately on 0121 233 4757 to make any changes.
Force majure
FlaskStore.ie accept no responsibility for delay, loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond their control.

In the unlikely event of a dispute, all claims to be resolved under English law.

As a consumer under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order if you so wish. You can also reject goods supplied if you are not satisfied.

Quantities
Prices where quoted are per single item or set of two where stated.
Changes
Every effort will be made to supply the exact quantity ordered, but in the event of overs/ unders the invoice will not be subject to discount or compensation.
Samples
FlaskStore.ie request that payment for samples is made by Visa. Invoices for full order should be paid by Telex Transfer. Orders accepted upon receipt of purchase order and telex transfer.

Tax
Total order cost, when calculated, includes cost of item(s), services and delivery, excluding local taxes.
